Lake Maintenance offers maintenance services that raise the bar, with over eighty years’ experience in the building and construction industry…and that’s just the owners. Add to that the decades of experience our teams and subcontractors bring, and you have a very knowledgeable group of people with hundreds of years of experience, looking after your assets. Assets are all around us, they are valuable and should be managed and maintained consistently, effectively, and efficiently. Lake Maintenance can assist with any asset type, but we specialise in buildings. On the ground, we do the small fixes that prevent major expenses. We can use quality data to plan programmes and reduce reactive work. We work with clients to run pilots of planned and preventative maintenance and use the outcomes to prove or adapt our approach. We cater for commercial building maintenance, from small buildings to multi-storey offices, serviced apartments and carparking stations.
Social housing organisations are key clients. We understand that they tackle sizable challenges.
