Information Security Policy

This information security policy provides overarching governance for the security and management of information at Lake Maintenance Pty Ltd and SpyderTech.

Information will be classified according to an appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Management and Employees, with particular responsibilities for information, handle information in accordance with its classification level; and must abide by any contractual requirements, policies, procedures or systems for meeting those responsibilities.

SpyderTech is committed to adhering to all current legislation as well as a variety of regulatory and contractual requirements and has set information security objectives.

Information should be both secure and available to those with a legitimate need for access in accordance with its classification level.

SpyderTech is committed to the continual improvement of the information security management system. The core of our best practice program is an effective information security system, which is fully integrated into our business practice. The system is based on the current ISO 27001 standard and is designed to ensure that its requirements are understood by all employees involved and are met on every occasion.

This Policy Statement is communicated to all employees at their induction. All employees are encouraged to suggest process/procedure changes to further improve our systems.

Information security policies and objectives will be regularly reviewed during management meetings and during internal audits.
